Holiday Code Freeze Period

Please be informed that we are in the middle of a code freeze until January 14th, 2025. Consequently, no changes will be implemented during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and wish everyone happy holidays and a prosperous new year.

Notifications in Developer Portal

The Developer Portal offers users a comprehensive suite of resources on KYC API products, including Service Messages, Release Notes, and Developer News. With the introduction of the Notification feature, users can now receive email updates about changes or updates to these resources. To enable notifications, users simply need to subscribe by following the step-by-step guide provided here.

AddressType for Europe

We are pleased to announce that enhancements to the contactInformation section of the dataset response are now available for additional jurisdictions in Europe. Notably, a new array called addresses has been introduced within both the refresh and super datasets on KYC API v2. Please find the updated list of already adjusted jurisdictions as well as more information here.

• Hongkong HK
  We have renewed our API connection dedicated to Hong Kong for live search and datasets, providing faster async data retrieval than the previous connection. In addition to the existing Hong Kong Companies Registry source, we have also integrated the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department Business Registration, expanding our HK coverage to include partnership and sole-trader companies. Please find more detailed information here.
• India IN
  We are excited to announce our new connection to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in India. In addition to name and number search and refresh datasets on KYC API v1 and v2, users can now also access the super dataset. It will enable you to access a complete company profile, including core registration details, capital and listing information, and most importantly officers’ data. Please find more information here.
• Malaysia MY
  We are pleased to announce the inclusion of entities classified as Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) within our integration with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) register in Malaysia. For these entities, both the refresh dataset and register report will be available via KYC API v1 and KYC API v2. To further improve the stability and efficiency of our service, we have consolidated the super dataset with the refresh dataset. Moving forward, only the refresh dataset is accessible for your use. • UBOR Austria AT
  We are now connected to WieReg (The register of Beneficial Owners), on KYC API v2, offering Beneficial Owners Check – Simple and Beneficial Owners Check – Extended documents via credentialed access. Each order transmits the obligated entity’s unique ID and requests documents on the entity’s behalf. Please reach out to your relationship manager to find out if you are eligible to use this connection. You can find more information here.
• United-States US – Missouri MO
  We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new connection to the Missouri Secretary of State. You can now use both name and number search functionalities, as well as access the refresh dataset, through KYC API v1 and KYC API v2.
• United-States US – Vermont VT
  A new connection has been established with the Vermont Secretary of State, enabling both name and number search along with the refresh dataset on KYC API v1 and KYC API v2.
• United-States US – Wyoming WY
  We are now connected to the Wyoming Secretary of State, supporting name and number search as well as refresh datasets on KYC API v1 and KYC API v2.
  

Enhanced and fixed jurisdictions

• Croatia HR
  As part of our efforts to enhance data quality, we have implemented updates to our data mapping to our connection to the Croatian Court Registry – Ministry of Justice.
• Switzerland CH
  We have successfully restored access for French-speaking cantons in Switzerland, resulting in complete coverage of our connection to the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.
• United Kingdom UK
  We are pleased to announce a substantial enhancement in our API connections, specifically targeting the United Kingdom’s Companies House to facilitate real-time access to XBRL financial statements. This upgraded integration expands data coverage through Financials (Comprehensive). Available exclusively through our Entity Verification API, this improvement ensures greater reliability and comprehensiveness in providing essential jurisdictional information. • United States US
  • Maryland MD
    We are pleased to announce that our integration with the Maryland Department of Assessments & Taxation has been enhanced, resulting in increased stability and reliability.
  • New York NY
    We are happy to share that a data quality review has been completed and implemented for our connection to the New York Department of State – Division of Corporations. We have revised and adjusted the data mapping to be more aligned with the source.  
  • Washington WA
    We are pleased to inform you that our connection to the Washington Secretary of State register has been restored and is now fully operational.

Product improvements

API

idSearch
We’re continuously enhancing idSearch. As part of this effort, we’re cleaning up US bvdIds in our KYC API cache and index to eliminate false matches and ensure accurate results.

Developer Portal

  In addition to that we are currently developing a new integration with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission.

  We are planning to establish a connection to the Registre National des Entreprises in Tunisia.

• Turkey TR
  We are currently working on establishing a connection to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.
